Leanne + Callum | New House Farm

Full disclosure here, this blog post will be short and sweet since I’m busy trying to complete all my couples edits in time for Christmas but I know you’ll want to get onto the images anyway! I’ll try and update it later though. It was great to be back up in the Lakes again this year for Leanne and Callum’s gorgeous wedding day. It doesn’t seem like 2 minutes since I met Callum + Leanne for their pre-wedding photoshoot up here in the Peak District – giving them a lovely image to use across all of their wedding stationery and for their signing frame too.

My first time visiting and photographing at New House Farm which is nestled in a beautiful part of the Lake District – just one of many beautiful places in The Lakes. It’s a venue that doesn’t disappoint and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed photographing here. After the morning prep and the wedding, we went off in Spikes Landrover for a trip to find some stunning spots for Leanne and Callum’s couples portraits, but don’t worry they didn’t miss their canapes since we nabbed a tray to take with us :-) We found some great locations and I’m really happy with the photos we got, including replicating the pre-wedding favourite photo in the rain! In fact, I think the rain really adds to the mood and I loved Leanne and Callum’s attitude of being in the Lakes and rain is just part of their day.

At least the rain didn’t last too long and we were able to get some gorgeous sparkler photos done later on in the evening before they headed into their first dance. Anyway enough from me, have a watch of their photo highlights video below or you can always scroll through the images underneath.
